Akmaral Abdiyeva is a Cyber Security Consultant who works for a consultancy firm specialising in network security.

She is the Co-founder of MATA, which is a Tech community dedicated to promoting and widening the network of Russian-speaking women in tech and related industries.

She is also the host for the MATA podcast which supports the personal and professional development of young women in Kazakhstan and has released over 50 weekly episodes.
