Aimed at helping people in the age range of 19-24 become apprenticeship ready, by strengthening their skills in the basics of maths, english and science, as well as employability skills like help with writing your CV, as well as tips and tricks for interviews. Along with getting a taste of the industry within work experience at Rolls-Royce.
Application requirements for Diversity Traineeship:
Must be from one of the under-represented groups, be in the age range of 19-24, unemployed and have little or no work experience.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Must have GCSE Maths and English Language (at any grade), plus one other GCSE at grade C (Level 4), in any given subject.
